Are you a commercially driven export leader who thrives in building something from the ground up?
Do you have a passion for high-quality, ready-to-eat and frozen food products?
We’re looking for a field-focused Export Manager to spearhead our international growth across HoReCa, retail, convenience, travel catering, and vending channels.
As Export Manager, you will:
- Define and execute a bold export growth strategy
- Identify and sign key distributors, brokers, or agents in priority markets
- Launch and scale our long-shelf-life frozen portfolio
- Lead commercial negotiations, pricing, and market-entry activities
- Collaborate closely with marketing, production, supply chain, and R&D
- Build and manage a high-performing export team
- Spend up to 80% of your time traveling internationally

Who You Are?
- A proven export manager (5+ years) from FMCG or frozen food sector
- Track record of launching food products across multiple international markets
- Deep knowledge of distribution models: HoReCa, convenience, vending, retail
- Highly strategic, entrepreneurial and results-driven
- Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
- Based in the Czech Republic or willing to relocate (Prague preferred)
- Open to extensive travel
- You do not need to speak Czech
